Responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers, ensuring that their inquiries, concerns, and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively. All of the services provided by Gannon & Scott result in a settlement with the customer for which the customer relations representative plays an integral role. This position also requires a general understanding of the customer onboarding process, material processing and assaying, and logistics.
