Community Care Alliance is proud to offer an array of services supporting individuals who are homeless/unstably housed and coping with mental health and substance use challenges. Many of these services are part of Safe Haven drop-in center and in the community.
RESPONSIBILITES:
We are looking for a licensed clinician who is able to:
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment,
- Develop person-centered recovery plans,
- Provide crisis intervention,
- Meet with clients individually and in groups to provide psychotherapy
- Support the Safe Haven staff by assisting with managing challenging client behaviors.
- Provide training on mental health and substance use.
- Assist with development of safety plans.
Skills and Training Requirements:
- Must be a licensed clinician.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, or related Human Services Field.
- Support clients in their recovery capital. Connect clients to Detox and higher levels of care.
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate an understanding of mental health and substance use issues.
- Able to use an EHR and document services electronically.
