Clinician - Healthy Transitions (Full Time)
Pay Range (70k-80k)

We are recruiting for a clinician for the Healthy Transition program, which uses Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) to address the needs of transition-age youth (aged 16-25), with complex mental health conditions, including first-episode psychosis. CSC is a team-based approach with a focus on flexibility of services and shared-decision making. The clinician works closely with other team members, including a case manager, nurse, vocational specialist, and psychiatrist. The clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy to a caseload of 15-25 people.
The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, relentlessly hopeful but grounded in reality, able to thrive in a dynamic team-based work environment, comfortable providing services in office/home/community settings and has prior experience providing substance abuse treatment or co-occurring services. Additionally, potential candidates will have previous experience/ knowledge about the continuum of healthcare and social services available to youth/ young adults and be familiar with the needs and treatment of persons with serious mental illness.

Degrees/Certifications/Licenses/Education
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related human services discipline. License eligible or independently licensed. SUPERVISION FOR INDEPENDENT LICENSURE PROVIDED.
- Bilingual; English, Spanish, Portuguese Strongly encouraged to apply.
