Residential Treatment Worker - Wilson

Our men's residential program in Pawtucket, RI needs a 1^st shift Treatment Worker to provide case management services. At Wilson House the men have the opportunity to focus completely on recovery from chemical dependency in a home-like atmosphere. As the Treatment Worker you will assess and evaluate clients on an ongoing basis by providing support services and/or crisis intervention as needed. Duties include assisting clients in medication monitoring and education, maintaining client records, and assisting in facilitating activities with clients, which enhance the quality of living within the residence. A Some of these activities may include maintenance and/or cleaning of the residence, cooking meals, and daily ADL skills. Candidates must also have an approved driving record with the ability to transport clients.  Note: this is an all-male residence.

Education/Licensing Requirements: Associate in human services related discipline OR attending school towards this degree. High School Diploma/GED required with experience in areas of mental health/substance abuse. CNA with the right experience in Human Services will be considered. Must have current CPR/AED and First Aid. If you do not have this certification, you can obtain it while employed at the agency.
