Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Reports to: CEO/Founder
Hours: M-Th, 20 hours per week (Hybrid)
Salary: $$23.00-$25.00/hour (Plus Commission)
Position Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator assists with direct-placement staffing services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: recruiting, HR consulting, training, research, and administrative support. This position will report to the CEO/Founder.
Responsibilities
- Develops recruiting and direct placement staffing business following company policy
- Follows recruitment pipeline responsibilities: attends networking events, and sales calls/emails
- Researches and connects with hiring managers in the areas of administration, management, operations, and legal
- Performs resume edits and critiques to align with open positions
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, and follows up with clients
- Assists the CEO/Founder with HR consulting business clientele
- Handles internal HR functions, including: creating job descriptions, employee records, and workforce grants.
- Ability to take the lead on projects, streamline processes, and grow in the role

- Exceptional in assessing personality types, alignment, and compatibility for positions

Professional Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred and/or a combination of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical abilities are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Canva required.
- Knowledge of HR systems, software, and employment laws and regulations is preferred, not required.
