Position Summary:

The Evidence Based Practice (EBP) Fidelity Specialist will coordinate projects and activities related to EBP fidelity adherence and staff training across behavioral health programs. Candidates must be very organized, self-directed, demonstrate attention to detail, and possess the ability to organize workflows and the knowledge of working with data. Full time position Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day. Opportunity for remote work available upon supervisor approval.

Responsibilities: 

· Map out and implement a fidelity plan that meets Accreditation, Licensing, SAMHSA Grant and RI-CCBHC certification standards. 

· Lead the CCA Fidelity Workgroup, attend and coordinate with other internal and external workgroups, and key leadership, to select fidelity tools and make recommendations to improve adherence.

· Coordinate with partners and Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCOs) sharing fidelity training opportunities, ensuring training and coaching requirements are met, etc.

· Work with all levels of staff in programs to ensure the timely completion of all fidelity assessments.

· Coordinate the implementation of required EBP fidelity tools including development of workflows, data collection and entry, and completion tracking.

· Coordinate work with designated external vendor, to coordinate, track and produce summary data and reports to help inform evaluation and continuous quality improvement.

· Provide reports on fidelity adherence and implementation including progress, barriers, successes, and outcome data for CCA and DCOs.

· Assist the CCA Training Coordinator as needed, including finding and scheduling relevant trainings and sharing opportunities with staff.

· Track EBP training attendance in accordance with State requirements, ensuring the agency Learning Management System is kept up to date with fidelity training.

· Assist in completion of CCCBHC Certification and SAMHSA Grant data collection processes, such as National Outcome Measures (NOMs), quality measures, etc.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Training Required:

· Hands-on experience coordinating multiple projects in a corporate setting

· Previous data management experience including data collection, entry, and analysis

· Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments

· MS Office proficiency

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Bachelor's degree preferred
