Family Advocate Eligibility Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide information, referral and advocacy to consumers in our community and guidance in accessing basic needs assistance to eligible households.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or equivalency. 1 year experience in social service, customer service or related field preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Able to work in a team environment with diverse populations.

Able to provide own reliable transportation.

Able to demonstrate competency in accessing web-based portals and record data entry.
