Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the sales and administrative teams to provide support for onboarding and maintaining customers.
2. Understand and execute the customer settlement process.
3. Understand and execute the customer assay exchange process (specific process related to secondary precious metal refining).
4. Generate reports for customers (Quotes, statements, worksheets, month-end statements, certificates, etc.)
5. Maintain customer physical and electronic files per Company policy and procedures.
6. Assist with shipping and logistics.
7. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally, providing accurate product and service information, job status, and other assistance.
8. Assist with issue resolution including investigation and troubleshooting, escalating complex or unresolved issues, and following up with customers timely.
9. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
10. Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
11. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service procedures and policies.
12. Other tasks related to customer activity that may be needed or may develop with time.
