CCBHC Mobile Crisis Case Manager-Woonsocket, RI

Community Care Alliance is seeking a case manager to work as a member of our evolving mobile crisis team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the mental health and substance use field and have a passion for providing community-based work to make a positive impact on people’s lives. The goal of this new program is to provide rapid access to behavioral health care for individuals experiencing a crisis and connect them to services. The case manager works as part of a team evaluating clients and assisting with stabilization and engaging them in treatment at CCA as well as other community resources. 

Education/Licensing requirements/skills:

 BA/BSW in human services-related field. Knowledge of mental health and substance use is a plus. Ability to work in the community and respond to crises and work in a fast- paced environment. Experience withan electronic health record and online documentation is preferred. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation. 

Full time, flexible scheduling days/evenings and/or weekends required, no overnights.
