Assisted Living Administrator

Evergreen Assisted Living, is currently seeking an enthusiastic & compassionate Assisted Living Administrator. The Assisted Living Administrator will work with persons with mental illness within a 26 bed specialized assisted living facility.

Duties:

• Protect the safety, health and welfare of residents while promoting their independence.
• Assist residents in reaching their personal goals for a better quality of life.
• Ensure 24/7 staffing and provide supervision to all staff. Examples include scheduling and supporting staff.
• Maximize census occupancy and adhere to financial targets.
• Evaluate resident care, resident satisfaction and departmental operations by using qualitative and quantitative data collection.
• Adhere to Federal and state regulations and guidelines.
• Adhere to facility and agency policies, procedures and regulations.

Education/Licensing Requirements: Active, RIALA license required, experience preferred. Experience working with persons with mental illness required. Management experience preferred. Current certification to practice as a Medication Aide in Rhode Island and current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
